“‘WAIT… THAT’S ALISON HAMMOND?!’” 😱 Alison Hammond has left fans doing a double take after unveiling her stunning new look in a flowing green tea dress following her incredible 11-stone weight loss transformation. The beloved TV star looked radiant, confident, and almost unrecognizable as new photos quickly sent social media into meltdown, with fans flooding the comments over her dramatic glow-up and slimmer appearance. Many viewers are now calling this Alison’s “most jaw-dropping transformation yet,” with some saying they couldn’t stop staring at the latest pictures. And after one striking close-up photo began spreading online, fans are all asking the same thing: how does she look THIS different?

The popular presenter, 51, presents Fridays episode of the ITV programme alongside Dermot O’Leary.

In the latest installment, Alison, 51, and Dermot, 52, spoke to Rivals cast members David Tennant, Danny Dyer and Emily Atack.

They also interviewed viral ‘granfluencer’ social media stars Sue and Geoff Vaughan, as well as Joan and Jimmy O’Shaughnessy.

Alison has lost 11 stone over the past five years, prompted by the discovery that she was pre-diabetic – a situation she has reversed with healthier food choices and workouts.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Alison discussed how she stays trim while surrounded by cakes on The Great British Bake Off.

She said: ‘I eat a bit of Paul and Prue’s after they’ve finished judging. I only try the ones that got a handshake from Paul or ones that won. If the judges aren’t impressed, I’m not trying it.’

Alison previously revealed how she managed to lose the pounds without the assistance of weight-loss jabs, giving an insight into her exercise plan with her personal trainer.

The TV personality, who weighed 28 stone at her heaviest, told Heat: ‘I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk.’

Alison added: ‘But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.’

Back in March, Alison showed off her incredible 11-stone weight loss as she worked up a sweat during a gruelling boxing session in a video shared to Instagram.

She has undergone an incredible five-year transformation in which she dropped around 11 stone through changes to her diet and exercise.

Alison revealed she has started Reformer Pilates and circuit classes in a bid to keep the weight off after revealing why she won’t touch weight loss jabs.

As she works to maintain her figure after making lifestyle changes, Alison gave an insight into the measures she has taken.

Alison revealed that she has started Reformer Pilates because she is as ‘stiff as a board’.

She added: ‘You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch – so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me.

‘I also do this early-morning circuit class from the brilliant Steve Hensel at Blue Zone. I’ll go at 6.30am and do a full hour, it’s a proper old-school gym.’

Alison said that she leaves the gym feeling ‘amazing’ after working hard, but while she is keen to try things, there is one wellness practice she won’t adopt.

She continued in an interview with Closer Magazine: ‘I did try one of those cold plunge pools once – and absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, “Why am I literally trying to kill myself?”‘

It’s the real deal. Netflix’s hidden war masterpiece is being hailed as one of the best and most authentic combat films of the 21st century.
