Tom Brady was seen hanging out with Didier Drogba after claiming bragging rights over the Chelsea soccer legend on the water over the weekend.
Both Brady and Drogba are celebrity owners in the electric boat racing world, with the two men entering new teams into this year’s inaugural E1 World Championship.
Tennis great Rafael Nadal and F1 star Sergio Perez also have teams in the 2024 competition, which launched in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, back in February.
On Sunday the championship headed to Monaco, where nine groups battled it out in the fourth race out of six this season.
And it was Brady’s team who prevailed after a fiercely competitive day of racing, which sends them back to the top of the leaderboard after their previous wins in Jeddah and Venice.

Drogba, meanwhile, saw his crew secure a podium place for the very first time after running the seven-time Super Bowl winner close in second.
Nadal’s team finished third on the day despite starting in pole position, meaning he has slipped behind Drogba into fifth in the overall standings.
Westbrook Racing, owned by acting superstar Will Smith, currently finds itself up in third place.
After Sunday’s series in Monaco, Drogba was seen congratulating Brady for guiding his team to a third win out of four this season.
‘My boy Sam is unbelievable,’ said the former quarterback, referencing his star man Sam Coleman, a world champion in powerboating.
Brady continues to keep himself busy over a year since he brought the curtain down on his storied career in the NFL.

The 46-year-old is set to transition into the world of TV when the new NFL season begins later this year, having put pen to paper on a staggering 10-year, $375million deal with Fox Sports.
He will serve as a lead analyst for the network in the 2024-25 campaign, which gets underway in September.
Drogba has been a retired athlete for a lot longer than Brady after hanging up his boots back in 2018.
The 46-year-old won four Premier League titles and the Champions League across two memorable stints with Chelsea.
