Lady Eliza Spencer Breaks Her Silence on Prince Harry’s UK Return: “It’s Exciting!”

Lady Eliza Spencer has shared her reaction to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to return to the United Kingdom, offering a warm response as her cousin prepares to spend more time in the country he once called home.
