King classic, “Stand By Me.”

The remarkable moment happened during Clarkson’s Meaning Of Life Tour in 2019. The two patrol men took the stage in their full uniforms, beaming with confidence as they began their performance.

Meanwhile, Clarkson stepped back with a glass of wine in her hand to join her band as she let Jackson and Pagel do the magic – only joining in occasions for a few harmonies and to cheer them on.

Jackson and Pagel totally killed it, and Clarkson’s fan base surely agrees – waving their arms in the air.

Before LaMont Jackson and Mike Pagel’s performance of “Stand By Me,” Kelly Clarkson said to the concert attendees that two patrol officers’ own spin on the #PoliceCarKaraoke Internet trend caught her attention. While most video participants lip-sync songs, these guys did not.

“They’re keeping it real. They’re keeping it live,” the singer said. A quick snippet of LaMont and Pagel belting out a classic ’70s ballad from their patrol car was then shown – which broke the crowd into applause.
