Meghan Markle has “no plans to stop” striving forward as she celebrates her 45th birthday, an expert has said. The Duchess of Sussex, 45, took to Instagram on her big day with a black-and-white photograph of her jumping into a pool in her swimming costume and sunglasses.

The duchess is smiling as she leaps mid-air, holding both arms up in the air and birthday balloons in one hand. A second black-and-white photograph shows her splash in the pool, with just the balloons seen. Speaking about the significance of this type of birthday photograph, celebrity psychic and body language expert Inbaal Honigman said that Meghan is in a “victory pose” in the newly-released snap, showing that she can’t and won’t be stopped.

Speaking exclusively to The Daily Express, Honigman said: “Meghan’s raised arms are joyous and optimistic, they’re up in the air in a victory pose. The raised arms are an indication that the duchess is in an intensely positive mood for her birthday. Punching the air, times two. It signifies double joy.

“The forward-movement of her legs, ploughing ahead as if marching, is also optimistic. They convey a sense of confidence and cheer.

“Those legs, stepping forward even in mid-air, show that Meghan feels that every day is worth looking forward to. She has no plans to stop or stand still.”

While everything on the surface may be happy, Honigman said there were some signs of “anxiety” in the new photograph of Meghan.

The expert continued: “Her smile might be a little over stretched, lips tense, sharing a feeling of some anxiety. The lifestyle maven may feel that she’s taking some risks, but there is unbridled joy in her risk-taking.

“A sense of such positivity on her birthday really showcases Meghan’s zest for life, and her belief in the promise of tomorrow.”

Meghan’s birthday photograph has been widely shared online, with many wishing Prince Harry’s wife a great day.

Just hours after Meghan shared the photograph, it was revealed that Princess Eugenie had given birth to a third child – a baby girl – the day before Meghan’s big day. This is likely to please the duchess, who is close to her husband Prince Harry’s cousin.
