These females aren’t failing Simon when he tells them to be their own bosses.

Numerous boy bands have appeared on “America’s Got Talent” and other comparable programs over the years. However, a girl group is currently taking the internet by storm and winning Simon Cowell over.

“GFORCE” is a group of five adorable tween girls that have everyone awing at their sweetness while being blown away by their talent.

The girls are best friends from Toronto — Ava Ro, Holly Gorski, Michela Luci, Sarah De Carvalho, and Sienna Pesino. Every one of them is between the ages of 10 and 12. That alone should be enough to blow everyone away.

Which is exactly what they did during their first audition when they performed an original song called Break the Bank. The song included both singing and rapping. The judges fell in love, but Simon Cowell had some advice for them.

“The only thing I would say is that this is all about being authentic,” said Cowell. “We should be learning from you, not the other way around. See, you have to be the bosses now.”

It’s advice the girls were taking seriously as they went into their next audition.

GFORCE’s unique vocal style combines and experiments with many different genres of music. The tween years are all about finding out who you want to be as a person. That’s what GFORCE exemplifies as a musical group. The crowd couldn’t wait to see what they came up with next.

Each of the girls clearly has her own unique style. But the crowd couldn’t help but “Aww” as they ran on the stage, waving at the judges who couldn’t help but break out into broad smiles.

The girls got a laugh from the audience and a perturbed look from Cowell when they said that they were again performing an original song — this one called Simon Says.

And they really delivered, not only on a great song but also on their promise to be their own bosses.

The girls showcased all their talents during the performance, from their dynamite dance moves to their beautiful voices, powerful rapping, and remarkable ability to work as a team. They even poked some fun at his voice, mimicking a British accent as they said, “Categorically awful!” — a legendary phrase of Cowell’s.

Cowell had a thoughtful look on his face as he listened.

When the girls finished, all of the judges rose to their feet to give them a standing ovation.

They praised the girls’ confidence and talent. Judge Howie Mandel had some criticism, saying the audition lacked the power of their first one — but he was quickly met with loud boos from the audience.

But the song wasn’t entitled “Howie Says” – it was really the opinion of Simon Cowell they wanted to hear.

“I have a real pet hate with groups who are told what to say, everything’s rehearsed,” said Cowell. “It never, ever works, because it’s all about authenticity. But having said that, I think this is a way, way better audition than the first time.”

The girls advanced to the Quarterfinals.
