Who does she think she is? Another Meghan Markle controversy is gathering momentum after her latest move prompted a furious response from royal watchers. Critics have branded the decision “controlling” and questioned whether Meghan crossed a line, while supporters have defended her against what they see as another round of intense scrutiny. The reaction has become difficult to ignore, with social media users dissecting the smallest details and debating what the move could mean for Meghan’s public image. What might have appeared insignificant at first has now become another flashpoint surrounding the Sussexes, adding fresh fuel to an already heated conversation. As criticism continues to spread, Meghan once again finds herself at the centre of an uncomfortable royal debate

Meghan Markle has enraged royal fans after one move she made at a gala in Canada on Friday. The Duchess of Sussex and her husband Prince Harry stepped out in Victoria, Canada, for the David Foster Foundation’s star-studded 40th anniversary gala.

Before the event, which was celebrating four decades of the David Foster Foundation that provides financial support to Canadian families whose children require life-saving organ transplants, Meghan and Harry posed for photographs together on the red carpet. They then posed for photographs with the founder of the foundation David Foster and his wife Katharine McPhee. The couples have been friends for years, with this friendship having grown stronger since The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to America in 2020.

However, when David and Katharine stepped on to the red carpet for photographs with Harry and Meghan, the duchess appeared to be telling the founder and his wife where to stand.

A video of the moment shows Meghan, who turned 45 this week, pointing and talking, with many believing she was telling them what to do.

This has enraged fans online, who think Meghan was wrong to have done this, especially to the host of the event.

One person wrote on X: “This is the most entitled person’s behaviour. She doesn’t know when to stop controlling.”

Someone else said: “Why is she directing them at their own event?”

Another person commented: “What is it with her and directing people on where to stand. I think it’s rude she is doing it to the host of the event.”

One person wrote: “Sorry, she is telling the host and his wife where to stand at their own event? Who the f**k does she think she is?”

Another added: “Placing herself in the CENTRE because she is the focus…”

Meghan Markle has been approached for comment.

One tiny word. One disputed point. And Only Connect fans were NOT convinced. An ABCD puzzle looked like it had a clear pattern — until “taxi” entered the equation through the word “cab.” The answer was accepted, but viewers immediately questioned whether CAB really followed the same acronym pattern as the other clues. Some fans argued that the connection simply didn’t fit, while others debated whether the answer was fair enough to earn the point. It was just one small detail, but it was enough to send viewers into a heated debate over one of Only Connect’s most important rules: does the answer actually match the connection? Did the show get this one right — or was the point a little too generous?

30 seconds. Three strange pictures. 16 contestants eliminated. The 1% Club gave players a deceptively simple picture puzzle: a ball of string, a metallic square and a cloud blowing air. The question was where you would find all three — in an orchestra, in a cinema or on a football pitch? It sounds confusing at first, but the hidden connection was surprisingly simple: string, brass and wind — three sections of an orchestra. Yet 16 contestants failed to spot it before the 30 seconds were up.

Contestants were asked to pick the largest number from five options: one-third, 0.0330, 30% of 10, three-tenths, or 3.01. The correct answer was 3.01, but the seemingly straightforward puzzle still sparked plenty of debate among viewers. Some couldn’t believe anyone had struggled with it, while others questioned the wording and admitted that pressure can make even basic maths surprisingly difficult.
