Gwen Stefani Joins Blake Shelton Onstage for Two Fan-Favorite Duets
Blake Shelton had an unexpected special guest during his set at the VOA Country Music Festival when his wife, Gwen Stefani, walked onto the stage and joined him for two of their best-loved collaborations.
The surprise appearance gave fans a rare chance to see the couple perform together, with Stefani later sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the evening on Instagram.
Stefani Surprises Fans at Shelton’s Show

Following the performance, Stefani posted a recap of the night, explaining that she and their dog, Betty, decided to “pull up” to Shelton’s show.
Her Instagram post featured clips from their time getting ready on the tour bus, enjoying the music from the side of the stage and eventually making their way in front of the crowd.
Shelton appeared delighted to have his wife join him. As he introduced her to the packed audience, he proudly announced, “This is Gwen Stefani that’s here tonight.”
The couple then performed their 2019 duet, “Nobody But You.” Shelton and Stefani traded verses before joining together for the song’s powerful chorus, which centers on their desire to be with one another.
Shelton, however, had one more song in mind.
Before Stefani left the stage, he asked, “would you do one more song with me please?” After she agreed, Shelton turned to the audience and invited everyone to take part.
“Let’s all do this together,” he said before the pair launched into another collaboration, “Happy Anywhere.”
Fans Want More Performances From the Couple
Fans quickly filled the comments of Stefani’s post with praise for the couple’s performances. Many highlighted how naturally their voices blend and shared their hope that Shelton and Stefani will make more music together in the future.
The two artists have shared the stage before, but their joint performances remain a special occasion for fans. With Shelton and Stefani balancing their individual careers with their life together on their Oklahoma ranch, opportunities to see them perform side by side can be difficult to predict.
Shelton Has Three More Shows in 2026

Shelton still has three shows remaining on his 2026 schedule, giving fans several more opportunities to see him perform live before the end of the year.
His next appearance is scheduled for August 29 at Rock the Country Festival in Ocala, Florida. He will then perform at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, on October 24.
Shelton’s currently scheduled run will conclude with a November 14 performance at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.
A Busy Year for Shelton and Stefani
The couple has had plenty on their schedules throughout 2026.
In May, Stefani’s band No Doubt held a residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Around the same time, Shelton was performing his own Live in Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, giving both artists major performances in Las Vegas during the same period.
