You Make It Easy… Jason Aldean Was Mid-Song When He Suddenly Motioned Toward The Side Of The Stage — And Wife Brittany’s Surprised Reaction Made Their Cincinnati Moment Even Sweeter

Jason Aldean Shares a Tender Onstage Moment With Wife Brittany

Jason Aldean gave fans in Cincinnati an unexpectedly sweet moment when he invited his wife, Brittany Aldean, onto the stage during a performance of “You Make It Easy.”

The couple were performing at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as part of Jason’s Songs About Us Tour when he spotted Brittany waiting in the wings. While singing the romantic 2018 hit, he gestured for her to join him, catching her visibly off guard.

Brittany stepped onto the stage with her drink still in hand before setting it aside. Jason then wrapped his arms around her, and the two gently swayed together while he continued singing.

The spontaneous moment gave the song an added layer of meaning, particularly because “You Make It Easy” has long been associated with love and devotion.

Jason and Brittany Aldean’s Family

Jason and Brittany have been married since 2015. Together, they have two children, a son named Memphis and a daughter named Navy.

Jason is also a father to two older daughters, Keeley and Kendyl, from a previous marriage.

Their appearance together onstage comes as Jason continues touring in support of his latest album. The Cincinnati performance offered fans a rare glimpse of the couple sharing a quiet, affectionate moment in the middle of a large concert.

The Story Behind “You Make It Easy”

Jason released “You Make It Easy” in 2018 as the first single from his album Rearview Town. The song is a romantic, atmospheric ballad about the comfort and devotion found in a lasting relationship.

The track was written by Morgan Wallen, Florida Georgia Line members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, and producer Jordan Schmidt.

Earlier this year, “You Make It Easy” reached another major milestone when it was certified Diamond by the RIAA, representing 10 million units sold.

Given the song’s history, having Brittany beside him while Jason performed it made the Cincinnati moment particularly fitting.

Jason and Brittany Record Their First Duet

The couple have also recently taken their musical connection a step further.

In January, Jason and Brittany released “Easier Gone,” their first official duet together. The collaboration followed years of fans hearing glimpses of Brittany’s singing on social media and calling for the couple to record a song together.

“Easier Gone” was co-written by Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood of Lady A, along with Jimmy Robbins and Josh Kerr.

The song arrived alongside two additional Jason Aldean releases, “What’s A Little Heartbreak” and “Her Favorite Color.”

For fans who have followed Jason and Brittany’s relationship, the Cincinnati performance offered another memorable glimpse of the couple together, this time sharing the stage as Jason sang one of his biggest love songs.
