Prince Archie Has Been Heard Speaking In A Rare Glimpse Shared By Meghan Markle, Giving Royal Watchers An Unusually Personal Look At The Young Prince Away From The Spotlight. The Brief Home Footage Has Attracted Attention For One Tiny Detail—archie’s Accent, Which Immediately Became The Focus Of Fascinated Reactions. It Lasted Only Moments, But Archie’s Voice May Have Revealed More About His Childhood Than Meghan Ever Intended To Show.

Prince Archie’s ‘British’ Accent Steals The Show In Meghan’s New Video — Seven-Year-Old Heard Shouting ‘Go Go’ As Sussex Family Enjoys Life Back In UK

Meghan Markle shared a video of the family having fun in the English countryside.

Prince Archie has given viewers a tiny glimpse of his life back in Britain — and one moment in Meghan Markle’s latest family video has caught particular attention.

The seven-year-old can be heard excitedly shouting “go go” as he runs alongside his younger sister, Princess Lilibet, in footage showing the family enjoying the English countryside.

The clip, shared by Meghan on Instagram on Sunday, September 13, also shows Lilibet riding a bicycle with a doll tucked into the baby seat, while what appears to be a group of local wildlife moves in the distance.

Archie’s Voice Gets Attention

Archie was born in London in May 2019 but spent most of his early childhood in the US after Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior working royals and relocated their family to California.

Lilibet was born in America in 2021, meaning the children have spent much of their young lives outside Britain.

Yet Archie’s brief shout in the new footage has prompted attention because of what sounds like a distinctly British pronunciation.

His father Harry can also be heard calling out his name as Archie runs ahead.

The countryside montage was accompanied by an Union Flag emoji and a heart, with the family scenes set to Wham!’s 1984 hit Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go.

A Glimpse Of Family Life In Britain

The new footage offers several snapshots of the Sussexes’ life since returning to the UK.

Harry is shown on a boat with Archie and Lilibet while fishing in a pond, while another scene shows one of the children warming their feet beside a fireplace.

The family made their surprise return to Britain in late August, with plans to live in the country full-time and send their children to British schools.

Their move marks a major change after six years living in the US, although it does not signal a return to working royal duties.

The Palace Position Remains Unchanged

Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior working royals in 2020 following the so-called Sandringham summit, where the late Queen Elizabeth II and senior royals discussed the couple’s future role.

They were allowed to retain some charitable patronages but could no longer represent the monarch or the Royal Family in an official capacity.

Relations between the Sussexes and the Palace have remained strained following their public criticism of the institution and revelations about family tensions.

Harry has continued to make occasional trips to Britain to see his father, King Charles, who is undergoing cancer treatment, including a visit with Meghan and their children in July.

But despite the family’s return, the King has made clear that Harry and Meghan’s formal position has not changed.

A letter sent on the monarch’s behalf to senior Government and military officials reaffirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are “no longer working Members of The Royal Family” and that there is “no change to the current status of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex”.

It also confirmed that their HRH styles remain in abeyance and are not used, while their charitable work remains a private matter.

For now, however, the latest glimpse of Archie running through the English countryside suggests the Sussex children are settling into a very different chapter — one where Britain is once again becoming part of their everyday life.
