Princess Lilibet Makes Rare Appearance in New UK Photos
Princess Lilibet has made a rare appearance in a new photograph from the Sussexes’ return to Britain — and the young royal can easily be missed among a series of family snapshots.
The five-year-old daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was pictured in pink while spending time with Meghan’s close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen and her six-month-old son, Jack.
The photograph offers another glimpse of Lilibet as she adjusts to life in the UK after her parents relocated back to Britain last month, six years after leaving the country for a new life in the United States.
Lilibet Appears In A Sweet Family Snapshot
Harry and Meghan are currently living at a property outside London and have enrolled both Archie and Lilibet in British schools.
This week, Kelly McKee Zajfen shared a collection of photographs from her visit to the UK to spend time with Meghan. The images included moments with both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, as well as a particularly sweet photo featuring Lilibet.
In the snapshot, Lilibet is dressed in pink and sits on a sofa while interacting with Kelly’s baby son, Jack.
The young princess is shown from behind, keeping the moment relatively private while still giving followers a rare glimpse of her life since the family returned to Britain.
Kelly McKee Zajfen Shares Emotional Message
Kelly has been close to Meghan for years, and the two friends have remained connected through some of the biggest moments in their lives.
Alongside the photographs, Kelly shared an emotional message about her time in the UK.
“UK you’ve been so good to us. We’re leaving with full hearts and definitely leaving a piece of ours here,” she wrote.
She also thanked people they had met during the trip for their warm reception of Meghan, adding: “To everyone we’ve met or bumped into, thank you for being so loving to my friend. It’s been beautiful to witness. She missed you too.”
The message accompanied several personal photographs documenting the visit and the time Kelly spent with the Sussex family.
Meghan, Harry And Baby Jack
Among the images was a photograph of baby Jack being held by Meghan at what appeared to be a traditional British countryside pub. A plate of partially eaten fish and chips could be seen on the table, adding another glimpse of the relaxed family outing.
Another photograph showed Jack playing on the floor with Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex had his arm gently around the youngster as they spent time together.
But it was the quieter photograph of Lilibet that offered one of the most notable glimpses into the Sussexes’ family life in Britain.
After six years away from the country, Harry and Meghan are now beginning a new chapter in the UK with their two children, while keeping much of their family life away from public view.
